How long is each session?
Each session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes, giving you enough time to experience deep relaxation and transformation.
What do you need for a session?
All you need is a comfortable place to lie down, good speakers (or ideally headphones), and a stable internet connection. Many participants also like to have a blanket or water nearby to stay comfortable during the session.
How often should I do breathwork?
You can engage in breathwork as often as you feel comfortable. It is recommended to do it regularly to experience its full benefits, but the frequency can depend on your personal needs and goals.
Is this safe for kids?
This is not recommended for children. If you are considering breathwork for your teenager, it’s best to consult with a therapist. The practice can bring up a lot of emotional release, and additional support may be needed afterward.
Can I do this if I am pregnant?
Breathwork is not advised for pregnant women. It’s important to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in breathwork during pregnancy.
Where will this be done?
All sessions will be conducted via Zoom, making it easy for you to join from the comfort of your own space.

Yes, 1:1 Breathwork sessions are available, as well as a 4-week breathwork and coaching program designed to provide personalized support and guidance.
What can you expect during a breathwork session?
During breathwork, as the oxygen and energy flow through your body, you might experience various physiological effects. Common sensations include:
- Tingling in the face
- Clawing of the fingers
- Feeling cold or hot
- Dry mouth
- Curling lips
- Shaking
- Unexpected tears
- Numbness or feeling like you can’t move
These effects are normal and typically subside during the rest period after the session.
If I feel like I am going too deep during a session, can I come out?
Yes, if you feel discomfort or are going too deep, simply slow down your breathing. This will help reduce the intensity and bring you back to a more manageable state.
