In order to reprogram your subconscious mind you must take daily intentional action.
Your subconscious mind is a part of your mind that allows you to take action without needing to think about it. It enables us to have automatic reactions. It holds a set of beliefs and patterns of behaviours that dictate how we respond to life.
Your subconscious mind is different from your conscious mind. It allows you to be aware of your thoughts and behaviours in the moment.
Your subconscious mind is responsible for the experiences you have in your day to day life that is as a result of your autopilot state.
How To Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind
Focused Visualization
Every day spend 5-10 minutes visualising your goals and the vision you want for your life. As you visualize use all your senses. Imagine what it looks like when whatever you manifest comes to life. What do you see? Visualise what you hear and the emotions you experience in that moment. Do you see, touch, hear, feel or smell anything specific as you saw your goals come to life?
The more you see this in your minds eye it activates the RAS part of your mind. The Reticular activating system is essentially responsible for putting the things we think about in our line of vision as we go through our day.
This means that when you begin visualising things, your attention becomes focused on seeing things that align with your most predominant thoughts.
Act As If To Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind
Let’s remember your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between what is real and what is not. “To act as if” focuses on your way of being. What are your daily habits, and what are your predominant thoughts? What is your attitude? Imagine how you would behave once you were the type of person who had the things you want. Choose to embody that daily. This allows you to reprogram your subconscious mind because you are now taking action and impacting how you behave at an identity level.
Scripting In The Past Tense
Do this like you would a diary entry. Write your goals and what you would like to happen in the past tense. Use gratitude as your baseline and express in writitng how thankful you are that something has already happened. This opens you up energetically to attract the things you want because you are not attached to the outcome and adding pressure to you desires.
Change Your Language
Thoughts becomes things. Your words are a tool that can be used to create or destroy life. What you say to yourself and about yourself reflects what you believe to be true. If you notice you over criticise yourself, you self doubt, you judge others and or you self sabotage often it is an indication that you need to change your self talk.
Your self talk immediately impacts your action. If you desire to change your outcome use affirmations and pay attention to how you speak.
